Printing the Posted Transaction List

Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a posted transaction list, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other printing options.

The following is an example of what will print on the posted transaction list:

• Acct – The general ledger account number
• Cost Center – The cost center for this account
• Account Description – The general ledger account name
• Pd – The accounting period the transactions were posted to
• Source – The source of the transaction, reference number, and transaction number of the transaction
  • IN – Invoice
  • PO – Purchase order
  • CM – Credit memo
  • DM – Debit memo
  • CR – Credit invoice
  • VO – Voucher
  • MR – Miscellaneous (Misc.) cash receipt
  • CA – Cash application
  • CK – Check
  • JE – Journal Entry. See Using Journal Entries.
• Date – The date of the transaction
• Description – The description of this transaction.
• Beginning Balance – The beginning balance of the account
• Debit – The total amount of debits posted to the account in the specified period
• Credit – The total amount of credits posted to the account in the specified period
• Ending Balance – The ending balance of the account.
